This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and sharing of personal information by TWLHelper, a Discord bot developed by DS⁽ⁱ⁾ Mode Hacking Discord staff and community. By using TWLHelper, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
TWLHelper is designed to operate without saving any information. As such, the bot collects and stores as little data as possible.
Information We Collect #
We do not permamently store, save, or log any information we collect. When you use a command, TWLHelper processes the data in real-time to generate a response (text, images, etc.) and is immediately discarded afterwards.
User information (such as Discord usernames, IDs, and roles within the DS⁽ⁱ⁾ Mode Hacking server) may be collected as part of TWLHelper’s operations. This information is used to compare the user’s roles in order to restrict certain features to server administrators.
Message content may be collected as part of TWLHelper’s operations. This information is used to receive commands executed by the user to process parameters, attachments, and other information as required to use the requested commands.
However, TWLHelper may receive additional message content information unrelated to this operation as part of Discord’s Gateway Intents. At no point is any data received stored, saved, or logged.
Third-Party Services & Hosting #
No third-party analytics or trackers are used for TWLHelper’s operations.
Google Sheets is a third-party service accessed by TWLHelper to allow checking compatibility lists maintained by the community. No data other than the content of the message as part of the executed command is submitted to Google as a result of executing the command.
Nintendo Network’s status page is a third-party service accessed by TWLHelper to allow checking of maintenance and service status information of Nintendo’s services. No data is submitted to Nintendo as a result of executing the command.
Changes to this Policy #
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, without any notice. If any change is made, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
